BOOKING

To secure your bridal booking with KW Beauty MUA, a £100.00 deposit will be required if only one artist is booked for the wedding date, if two artists are booked, the deposit to secure the date will be £160.00. This amount will be deducted from the total wedding day cost. Without a deposit the date cannot be secured.
This also applies when booking in bridal trials. A 50% deposit is required when booking in trials.

The remaining balance for trial appointments booked, will be due 7 days before attending your trial. The final balance for any wedding booked, will be due 30 days before the wedding.

There is a minimum spend of £250.00 when booking your wedding with KW Beauty MUA between the months of May-September. There is also a minimum spend for all other months at £150.00. 

In the unfortunate event that KW Beauty MUA or/and her artist cannot perform makeup applications on your wedding date, KW Beauty MUA will try to source another reputable artist to attend. If this isn't possible, a full refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your makeup between booking the wedding date and 30 days prior to wedding, will result in all deposits paid being retained by KW Beauty MUA.

Cancelling your makeup within 30 days of your wedding date, will result in KW Beauty MUA retaining the full total cost of the wedding day.

Once your booking has been confirmed and you have paid to secure the wedding date, numbers of makeup applications cannot be reduced.

In the unfortunate event that KW Beauty MUA or/and her artist cannot perform makeup applications on your wedding date, KW Beauty MUA will try to source another reputable artist to attend. lf this isn't possible, a full refund will be issued.

EXPENSES 

Travel costs are calculated at 60p per mile. Travel time is calculated on distance from the artists location. 

Additional expenses such as, parking or accommodation will be put into the bridal contract on confirming and booking your wedding date.

LIABILITY

All brushes and tools used by KW Beauty MUA are sanitised and cleaned between every makeup application. The kit bag is also cleaned.

If KW Beauty recommends another supplier or makeup assistant for your wedding day or event, the responsibility of the booking and using that supplier is with both yourself and them. KW Beauty MUA will not be held responsible. It is important for clients to make KW Beauty MUA aware of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions.

For clients having their makeup done, agree to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to an allergic reaction. KW Beauty MUA accepts no liability for an injury, damage or loss caused by an artist.
